In an Order on Reconsideration, the FCC considered two petitions seeking reconsideration of the Commission’s Low Power FM (LPFM) Technical Rules Order. This Order adopted rule changes designed to improve the LPFM service and provide LPFM stations with greater flexibility. In addition, the FCC restored text that was inadvertently deleted from an existing LPFM rule.
